Prepaid works

On-Demand Prepaid Works

Some works offered here are only available on demand and require an upfront 30% prepayment. In those cases, the process works as follows:

1. You add an On-Demand work to your basket.
2. Upon Check Out you pay only 50% (half price, rounded up) of the work's price, agreeing to pay the remaining 50% later.
3. We confirm your order and provide approximate estimates of its completion date.
4. We refund your prepayment if we are unable to fulfill your request.
5. Once your request is complete, we send you photos and issue a final invoice.
6. Once you pay the invoice, we will send it to the address you provided.
7. Prepayment is not refunded if you are unable to pay the remaining half.
