Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We collect only what we need to run this shop and fulfil your orders, and we never sell your data or share it with partners for their own purposes. That is also why you will not see a cookie-consent banner on this site: we simply do not do the kind of tracking that would require one.
The data controller details can be found in the Contacts page.
What we collect and why
- Orders — your name, delivery and billing address, phone and email, so we can process, deliver and provide receipts for your order. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Account (if you register) — your email, optional name, and optional birthday month and day. Legal basis: performance of a contract and your consent.
- Instagram login (optional) — if you choose to log in with Instagram, we receive your Instagram account identifier and username to link your account. Legal basis: your consent.
- Analytics — we keep privacy-friendly, cookieless page-view statistics. We do not store your IP address; visitors are counted using a daily, non-reversible hash, and location is recorded only at country level. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed for the site to work (your session and security/CSRF protection). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the shop: image hosting, email delivery for order and account messages, and our hosting provider. They act on our instructions as processors and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. Some providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required by Latvian accounting and tax law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Analytics data is aggregated over time and contains no personal identifiers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [contact email]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
